To produce a good PCB needs to go through many complicated procedures. Although some people check and take measues to prevent problems in the process, due to the special nature of the board, manual inspection is still needed before the final delivery. It is not easy to check the circuit board. It not only requires accuracy, but also time efficiency, so the eyes must be good. My colleagues and I had a one-week study in FQC, and we first understood the basic properties of the board, the thickness of the board, the problems of the board and so on. For example, positioning, warping board, oil leakage, scratching and blurred screen printing are common, as shown in the following figure:

     →Some problems can be repaired and then out of the warehouse, some is not, but also according to customer requirements. Among them, some customers can not accept the fork board and oil, we must strictly check the quality. A qualified FQC inspector must ensure that the boards checked from hand meet the needs of customers, so it is very important to put all energy into the work. After a period of learning, I probably know how to inspect boards and repair them, but it is still far from being a qualified finished product inspector.

During this week's study, I think I have learned a lot about circuit boards and deepened my understanding of them. There is still a long way to go in the future. I will continue to work hard.
